Each caregiver is selected after a meticulous recruitment and screening process. This includes background check by an independent investigative agency and reference check and personality testing by our highly qualified and experience human resources team.
It is very important that there is an ideal match between clients and caregivers.
- Based on our clients’ budget we never compromise quality; even our freshly-minted professionals are chosen from the top of their class and have had excellent performances on their internships.
- We regularly check-in and get feedback from clients. At the end of each assignment, we insist on getting referrals from our clients. This report helps us gauge the future of the care professionals with our agency.
- Continuing education is a requirement and all of our care professionals possess current licenses. They are also encouraged to have individual malpractice insurance.
Elderly Care
Our skilled professionals will meticulously carry out the plan of care for the clients, by assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, exercising and meal preparations. In addition, we offer warm companionship and emotional support.
Newborn Care
Having a new baby is a magical time of incredible blessing and excitement. It is also daunting and challenging, as parents adjust to the new schedule. By offering a Newborn Care Specialist, we will provide the much needed support to parents with this new addition to the family.
In-Home Service
We work with family and physicians to develop daily care plans tailored to each client's need. We will travel to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals and rehabilitation centers.
